Stone Bed & Wall

At this home, we put in a terraced bed that runs along the sidewalk. It’s made from limestone with mortar joints, creating a sturdy structure to hold the growth of the veggies. This bed ties in with the front of the house, which is stone at the base. The bed will provide annual vegetables and has been planted with spring vegetables to get it started. This project also included replacing the grass behind the bed with perennial bushes, berries, and a mazus ground cover.
